I wish people would stop taking Iceland as an example for pretty much anything. They basically have two industries (Fishing and aluminium) and only 300 000 people, they are a very special case and comparisons rarely make sense.

- Cthulhu_ 11y agoAnd Eve Online, I guess. 300K is even less than I thought that country has. We (NL)'ve got more unemployed, elderly/retired, children, etc than that. Of course the ratio will probably be about equal, but yeah, can't compare a 300.000 people economy with a 17 million and 5.5 million one.
