I'm all for diversity and everything, but hiring just to fill racial quotas or gender quotas is NOT the solution to building a successful company.

- gaius 11y agoThe truth is that gender, sexuality and race are irrelevant if all your employees are 20-something graduates of the same 10 CS programmes.
