Finally I get to read something like that. I'm not even a native English speaker, but non-sexism would be reading 'man-hours' and implying that men and women are meant, not differentiating both. After all, 'man-hour' is a not a new term that excludes women, like someone else already pointed out. I'm very sure that excluding women wasn't their intent.
