What would be your title once you've been acquired (or if you went out and got a job)? Dev, Product Manager, or something else? And how many other engineers does your current team have? As others of mentioned, the most valuable asset here is most likely the engineering team + founders (since you're headed into an acquihire), not the product/customers.
