I can attest to the following being true from my experiences: They prioritize communication and collaboration by necessity There is a lot less wasted communication You get a huge portion of your life back They tend to be more flexible in general I see no evidence that there is any more or less posturing, or the caliber of workers being better, and it is pretty moot on reaching out for help, no real difference.
