1. Up until recently, it was not know that Ohanian was behind the termination. Users naturally assumed it was based on a decision by Pao since Pao had seem to make other decisions (fph, etc)
2. It speaks to her character. She has an affair with a married coworker and the sues for a very specific amount (see point 4)
3. According to posts by Croach, Pao agreed to let him keep his job and then rescinded the next day. we may never know the truth on this.
4. "Failed hedge fund" is one way to put it, lol. The guy is accused of running a ponzi that steals from firefighters pensions. He apparently owes a bunch of money for legal fees and the Pao lawsuit conveniently requested this amount (this might be a coincidence). However, the bans are well documented facts (http://www.reddit.com/r/announcements/comments/35uyil/transparency_is_important_to_us_and_today_we_take/cr86tqc http://www.reddit.com/r/announcements/comments/35uyil/transp...). Of all the comments in the thread, only the Pao\Fletcher ones received bans. If pao didnt personally click the "shadowban" button, it seems pretty clear she ordered them.
5. They may have technically been banned for "harassment" but the messaging was clear from Pao herself: "Our goal is to enable as many people as possible to have authentic conversations and share ideas and content on an open platform". It seems reddit users really hates "MBA speak" about "authentic conversations" when someone on the site is censoring authentic conversations about subjects the admins dont agree with (see point 4)
