Same here, I couldn't tell if the focus was from the L-Theanine or placebo. Unfortunately I'd also get a terrible headache many hours later and have my sleep disrupted (again, hard to tell if it was placebo or not). I still have the majority of a bottle left, so maybe I'll skip the caffeine and give it another go at some point.
