I ignore all recruiters, except two who know: 1. My requirements for a potential employer (location, size, culture, etc) 2. My preferred method of communication (email) 3. When I might be actively looking. I think there are good recruiters out there who are willing to work with both employers and job seekers. They are, however, few and far between.
