So they do what opera has been doing for ages. Got it.
- tghw 17y agoSee, it's the smugness people don't like. Seriously though, I just fired up Opera (v. 9.63 - I never use Opera) and it does not have this behavior. Tabs resize as son as they are closed, from the left, middle, and right. So in addition to being smug, you're also wrong. To give you the benefit of the doubt, I upgraded to Opera 10.10 and tried again. Still the tabs resize as soon as one is closed. Maybe you're thinking of something else?
- indigoviolet 17y agoIt depends on the skin you're using for Opera, and whether you allow wrapping in the tab bar or not.
- tghw 17y agoSo, you're saying that by extending Opera in some way you can get it to do this? Because it definitely doesn't do that by default. I don't think my Opera install could get any defaultier, and I'm not seeing it.
- indigoviolet 17y agoYeah. Not by extending it, but by changing some of the already available settings.
