If it's built on Electron, there's no reason not to support Linux. Perhaps they plan to add it later. Either that or they just don't think Linux deserves a Git

Either that or they just don't think Linux deserves a GitHub GUI client.
- dchest 11y agoIt's not based on Electron, looks like just a continuation of the code base they had, so no easy Linux version.
