Finding a killer team takes a lot of time, and I found the best way to find the right people is to do a culture document. It helps you define who you are as a team and what you want/expect from new people joining your team. This creates a great flywheel where the team is evaluating people of equal skill on their cultural fit.... and in a world of super qualified people I find the cultural fit is the most important thing to get right.
