The debate on preprocessors should be moot. As an agency, you can hire people who already know and use it everyday - thus the onboarding and debugging costs become irrelevant. If you're not learning or using preprocessors, the only person you're hurting is yourself. You're just self selecting yourself from future work considering so many places use these now as a standard.
