Helena is pretty far east. I love northwest Montana - but I've never seen Helena. What's the case for Helena?
- client4 11y agoI'd say Helena is catching up in a big way with the social attractions of Missoula and Bozeman. Lewis & Clark Brewing has been a huge benefit to the local social scene; as has the Hawthorn and Blackfoot brewing. The surrounding country is prime for boating, backpacking, hiking, climbing, and especially mountain biking (check out Gravity Guild Garage). If you're perfect night involves getting drunk on craft cocktails at the hottest gastropub then Helena might not be for you though. Though I would suggest some local whisky from Whistling Andy's in Bigfork, RoughStock in Bozeman, Willies in Ennis, etc.
