I'm a little perturbed by the length of this article. Those who are aware of issues in crypto already know a lot of the background here. The challenge is to engage the public on the issue and break it down in a sensible way. With the response to Paul Ford's "What Is Code?" article in Bloomberg, longer thought pieces on technology are now in vogue but the author could have made their argument in a more concise way. I try to comment on substance generally and not appeal to complaints like mine but I only bring it up because this new fight around crypto is an issue with as much public bearing as the net neutrality debate but with infinitely more complexities (which makes it more challenging to engage regular people on)
