'The Welsh government statement continued: "'ach ghotvam'e' QI'yaH devolve qaS."' That's not Welsh? I always wondered what was up with the Welsh sneaking their language into famous phrases, like "Klaatu barada nikto" and "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn". (Just envious ;-)

Yep most brits won't even be able to distinguish between welsh and klingon most of the time.
