Why would you say that? I've seen a lot of literature about damage done by psychopaths/sociopaths, but I haven't seen any on damage done by mislabeling people as such. Without evidence to the contrary, I'm much more inclined to believe that more people suffer at the hands of psychopaths and sociopaths, than that people suffer from being mislabeled.
