Compiling LilyPond scores (http://lilybin.com http://lilybin.com). Usually we have at most 1 user at any time, but we can also handle bursts, like when a classroom of 30 students all use it at the same time. Ends up even cheaper than running one VM that can only handle 2–3 simultaneous users.
