I imagine it's a combination of:
1) People find it interesting
2) Slack is a YC company which always get bonus exposure here
Edit - Nevermind. Slack was not part of YC. They've acquired a number of YC companies.
- djloche 11y agoWhen did YC invest in Slack? edit: this was a legit question, not a stick poking. YC has invested in hundreds of companies now, so I thought maybe I missed it.
- meritt 11y agoYep, no worries, my quick research was simply incorrect. Their funding has been primarily from agb@Accel and a16z.
