Depends on the university as many have noted. Some universities have a technology transfer office or a commercialization director or something similar. I'd double check with them BEFORE you do anything for your project.
- tricky 17y agoHe's right. Find the Technology Transfer office today and tell them what you're working on. Likely they won't be interested and will be happy to give you something in writing that says they refuse all rights.
