How some new programmers made the most popular Android game in Iran
- sakri 11y agoThat kid learned enough Java/Android and produced a game in 3 months? Impressive!
- duuuuuuude 11y agoniceeeee
- poor-cooder 11y agovery niceee!
- mih 11y agoStrange that the article does not link to the game itself. For those interested here it is - https://cafebazaar.ir/app/ir.treeco.aftabe/?l=en https://cafebazaar.ir/app/ir.treeco.aftabe/?l=en
- joe563323 11y agocould some one please explain what is the game ?
- nitin_flanker 11y agoI think it is a sort of a game where you will be given few hints to predict the name of an object or something similar for that matter. For example, let say I will show you a pic of very small 'N' and will ask you to predict the object that it represents. The possible answer can be micron i.e. Micro N .
- Emyjamalian 11y agoIt's one of those games which shows some pictures like a group of people, a will smith and a stone + a you which means we will rock you. there wasn't such a thing in Iran but they made good money with this game and they've got famous as well!
- pistoriusp 11y ago"They were all under 20...", So yeah, basically, kids? I don't understand journalists obsession with age. These are young men. Not kids.
- hellbanner 11y agofull quote: "They were all under 20 so you can imagine it’s somehow hard to believe they could pull it off" Ridiculous, yes. "Kids" used to learn high tech skills like blacksmithing and hunting.. I flagged this for sensationlism. Someone tell me if that's a bad flag..
- duuuuuuude 11y agoIn Iran we don't have successful apps or startups made by very young people. Our ecosystem is so young, hence no one could believe it.
- Emyjamalian 11y agoin Iran not so many young people do these and they don't make that money. It's a lot of money in Iran!Think about it They made 40 times more than an average salary in 3 months
