This title seems (a bit) like blaming the stock exchange for insider trading.
- belorn 11y agoDo the stock exchange earn money on insider trading? If not then thats a key difference when it comes to incentives and encouraging such activities.
- avn2109 11y agoI'm not an expert, but I assume the exchange takes the same cut of the bid ask spread on an insider trade as it does on any other trade. So the answer to your question is an unequivocal yes.
