I have to say that I like the form factor in this Wired article. http://www.wired.co.uk/news/archive/2015-03/12/bbc-micro-bit-hands-on http://www.wired.co.uk/news/archive/2015-03/12/bbc-micro-bit... Looks like the prior iteration would be lots easier to connect outside sensors/devices to it. The released board has some funky edge connector on it. I'm guessing there will be a huge secondary market of people selling addon's that use the connector.
