I couldn't help but notice that quote, either. I wonder why the author found it necessary to put that in on an article about the pixels of the Apple Watch? I don't see that information doing much besides inciting a flame war.
- HappyTypist 11y agoIt's a footnote. I guess the author is going for a "stream of consciousness" around Apple watch pixels. (Don't get me wrong, I don't think this is a positive contribution to the article)
- bloatederz 11y agoThat's because they can talk about anything. Here for instance, it's different, and voices are silenced if enough people disagree with you and downvote you. It's how adults communicate about difficult issues. Can't do that here at all, too many children. They want it always 'positive' here, and other smokescreens are deployed to silence independent thought. When you're too emotional, you can't discuss things rationally and logically. You're too busy crying.
