You're not married, you sleep in separate rooms.
Do the criteria require one of a civic marriage, a religious marriage or both? If the latter in isolation is acceptable, as it has no legal power, would domestic partnerships then also be an acceptable alternative?
- steverb 11y agoThe criteria is whatever I happen to feel comfortable with. I don't draw a distinction between and civil and religious marriage ceremony though and I have no clue what a domestic partnership is... :-)
