The second pair is even explicitly labeled "percentage of bachelor's degrees." Second hint: There have been multiple major lawsuits against affirmative action where both sides agreed that (some) minorities were being favored in college admission processes; the debate is over whether that is just. Third hint: Those lawsuits have stated that some PoC get boosts from the admissions process and other PoC get docked points. Yet this cartoon treats all PoC as a single homogenous group.
