WebRTC remains a W3C draft, of course, and had been dragging on horribly.
- jessaustin 11y ago"Dragging" in what sense? ISTM several browsers found what they needed in the spec to implement it. [This isn't an endorsement of WebRTC, because I haven't used it.]
- shellac 11y agoIt's been going for four years and remains a draft, and rechartered earlier this year. As you say, there are a number of implementations (although I don't know how complete they are), so it's not clear why they aren't progressing to recommendation. Software projects :-)
