Indeed. You only need the appearance of impropriety to erode trust. Just because they can win a lawsuit doesn't mean they have a chance at making it. Also, I love how the camera made the screen green. It's pretty much the worst possible thing you could do in unveiling a product. I wouldn't buy it unless I saw it in real life, but I find that unlikely.
