I agree. A company's efficiency and effectiveness all depend on a working interlude between (org) process and sane leadership decisions. No kind of process or organizational structure will fix bad management. I guess, for bigger organizations the challenge is make this work across multiple layers of leadership, which seems to be a very difficult task.
