Fedora and RHEL are using their own pools as well (http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/systemd.git/tree/systemd.spec http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/systemd.git/tree/systemd.... ctrl+f ntp). A lot of noice about nothing.
