I wonder if a more specific question, like, which language do you use the most on a weekly basis might produce more meaningful results. I get the sense that cross-language applications are becoming ever-more common. We have code in C++, Java, Ruby, Perl, Python, Javascript and PHP, but there's a high concentration around the first three.
