- stephengillie 11y agoI know people that make $20k per year. Their rental house is full of old PCs, hand-me-down phones, and board games they got by splitting the price with others. They're still better off than people making $20k in 1955.
- artmageddon 11y agoPeople making $20k in 1955 probably weren't really risking utter financial collapse if they didn't get their next paycheck the way people who only make $20k are today.
