- hobs 11y agoReading that post, about halfway through you find that the judge decided they simply had no standing to challenge the NC in another case about JJ shorting wages or underpaying hours, the judge did not rule on its validity.
- sveme 11y agoThanks, that is really shocking. Did not know that employers were going that far in low wage industries in the US.
