The Scientific 7-Minute Workout
- ljk 11y ago> all of it based on science where's the science?
- DrScump 11y agoI'd really like an attribution of the "based on science" claim... because this appears to be based on 30-year-old science, to consider this as "high-intensity". Now, the stated movements can all be useful, certainly, but "high-intensity exercise" has a very specific meaning in exercise science: anaerobic exercise that boosts metabolism, VO2MAX, and anaerobic capacity. There is very interesting new research in this area, including the discovery of genetics-based degrees of response to both HIT/HIIT and conventional aerobic exercise.
