- StuntPope 11y agoIt is important to note that it was a default judgement, the defence was struck because Tim Rourke was a no-show in court.
- torontonews 11y agoYes, when the defamer doesn't even bother to show up in court to defend himself that's a pretty clear sign that he doesn't have a case.
