I wonder how suitable commercially available discrete MOSFETs are for building logic? They're all made for power applications. Of course, it's not like discrete BJTs are "suitable" either.
- VLM 11y ago"They're all made for power applications." Truth, but for this specific issue think of PWM drivers, VFDs, switching power supplies. How about MRI drivers? The specs aren't so bad, really.
