  People tend to look for a magic bullet to solve their health issues. The above is not a magic bullet unless you were critically short of some nutrients, but rather it is a daily expression of finding the best ingredients from what is available. Wild or free range meat is not easily affordable. Nor is wild fish depending on where you live, and fish is a pain to clean, cook, and keep fresh. Pastured butter and eggs however is a good bang for your buck. A rich diet, exercise, and sure some genetics made all the difference (maybe we should have became underwear models?).
