I started working for a startup when I was your age and had two years of my degree left. Luckily, they were happy for me to work part-time. The company ran out of runway shortly after I graduated and was acquired (for peanuts, as far as I was aware). I didn't realise this at the time but this is a far more common outcome for a startup (failing, rather than making it big). With the benefit of hindsight, I'm glad I have my degree.
My advice for you? Make sure you earn your degree. You will have further opportunities to found a startup.
