In my experience, determination and perseverance trumps raw talent. If you really push yourself to the limit and are passionate enough about what you're doing to try to improve yourself, you're going to be a better asset in the long term for a team compared to someone who understand things easily but doesn't really try to improve himself unless he has to. Even in term of team morale, someone who tries hard and pushes himself to the limit is motivating. So I wouldn't worry too much about it (plus you might just have imposter syndrome and discount what you really know ;-))
