I am a UK taxpayer too but my building has no recycling. I live at home for one or two days a week and no personal transport.
Why should I suffer all the costs of recycling?

- axanoeychron 11y agoNope but I can see how you can read it that way. The important part is after the 'but'. More that I am paying for the same services but doing the right thing costs me far more in excess of the benefit to myself.
