Ah yes, the Sydney real estate situation is horrible. It seems that the Australian government is desperate to attract investors to buy Australian property. I even started getting telemarketing calls from random people asking me to invest in their property funds. It definitely looks like a housing bubble. I'm seriously hoping that it bursts soon, rent is just getting ridiculous.
