Although most of this post is over my head, it's nice to see smart folks open-source stuff like this.
Out of curiosity, does YC have a say in what tools their companies open-source or not?

- fizx 17y agoYC doesn't take a board seat, so their options for forcing change in portfolio companies are pretty much limited to suing for breach of fiduciary responsibility. IANAL, AFAIK, etc. TL;DR: NO
