I tried this out a bit ago and removing it was like removing a virus

  I am an engineer at Virtru and that is very concerning to hear. Can you provide any details about went wrong? We hate to see people stop using Virtru, but if they choose to do so it should be very simple to uninstall and get back to a clean slate. I want to investigate any issues you encountered and try to address them.
