Having spent several years living with a self-confessed homophobic person, I saw their attitude turn around (70%) when they met my gay friends. Maybe the people on the github discussion should try to "educate" the transphobic maintainer instead of hammering away at them.
- chazu 11y agoMy thoughts exactly. The way to change people's bigoted attitudes is to demonstrate that they're wrong, not to drive them into exile.
