- kzhahou 11y agoA new grad should certainly be able to talk about their many school projects. Took an OS class and wrote a micro-kernel? I'd LOVE to hear about it! You enjoyed algorithms class? Let's talk about that!
- brightball 11y agoNew grads are different. For that you're usually hiring more for an entry level position with the expectation that there will be a lot of on the job learning.
