My school tracks tickets with ServiceNow extensively and it's one of the worst pieces of software I've ever used. If you want enterprise, at least use JIRA Service Desk. They actually tried to design a good UI.

- DortchOnIT 11y agoUm...ServiceNow includes a content management system and other features intended to make UI design very flexible, as I recall. So maybe your issues are more with the particular UI with which you're interacting, and not the underlying ServiceNow platform. Just a thought...
