How did the insurance work out for you on that one?

  I would imagine the risk of hitting a stationary object is lower than the risk of hitting an object moving towards you. Curious to know if this line of reasoning of taking the least risky option was a defense to driving his car into a tree.

  I think they paid but regarded it as my fault. I didn't fight it, had too much else going on.
