The maximum transmission window has been 84 seconds from Philae to Rosetta.
Only the Rosetta sensors are 'live' - contact with Philae is still intermittent - they don't know where it is and the German team with the Hi-Res camera is refusing to release the photos of the surface that could potentially reveal Philae's location.

From the file cache it is observed that Philae woke up 3 days ago but they may were looking in the wrong place and missed it.
Radio telemetry could locate it but aligning Rosetta's antennae and flight path with the mouth of the crevasse or cave where Philae is wedged has only resulted in a few intermittent transmission mostly only 10s of second long so not enough to download anything or issue new orders.
When enough glimpses have been received triangularion may be possible - but the CONSERT radio signal is designed to penetrate 67P.
Precise location triangulation proved impossible in the days CONSERT was operational before Philae's hibernation.
Full resumption of Philae is not assured at this stage.
67P grows ever more volatile as Perihelion fast approaches.
