  I thought it would be reasonable to assume to whatever nonsense that followed was in fact caused by lawyers. I am however not saying that is the case, I am just saying the assumption is reasonable given... lawyers... reputation.

    Some lawyers. I know more than a few lawyers who aren't — or at least don't continually make the choice to profit off this kind of — clownshoes bullshit.
