The OPM data contains enough details that would allow a good intelligence agency to track down damn near every agent under non-official cover, and blackmail damn near every official under official cover. It should never have been on any network, ever. If any element of this story is true - and I'm entirely unconvinced about it - then it's not Snowden's data that's caused this, but the OPM breach.
