My question is what would be the inflection point for the bubble burst? Would it be one quick event like a failed Uber or Dropbox IPO? Or would it be something like higher interest rates drying out VC funds leading to startups going out of business left and right?

Interesting question. The second one sounds more severe, competition for money from different asset classes.
